I haven't received my order confirmation email.

No worries, please check your junk or spam folder.

If you are still not able to find the email, please let us know via the contact form and tell us which email address you used. We will make sure everything works out.

What is the shipping and delivery time?

We understand that you can't wait to open your package, and we aim to ship your order within 1-2 working days.

Our delivery service usually delivers within 24 hours, Tuesday through Saturday.

Your package will most likely be delivered between 1–3 working days after placing the order.

Which countries do you ship to?

For now, we only deliver in the Netherlands, but we are already in the process of extending it so that we are able to include more people!

Can I change the adress after my order is placed?

To provide you with fast service, we aim to fulfill your orders as soon as possible. Therefore, we are unfortunately not able to change your order.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Don't stress if you are not able to track your number directly; it could take a few hours to update the information. Please check your junk or spam folder if you are not able to find the email.

My tracking information says delivered, but I didn't receive anything.

First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience; we understand this is confusing.

Sometimes the tracking information is incorrect, and their system is faster than their mail(wo)man. Your package will probably be delivered in a few days. However, checking in with your neighbors in the meantime could help.

If you have still not received your package in a few days, please feel free to contact us with your tracking information and order number. We are happy to assist you further :)

Am I able to change or cancel my order?

To provide you with fast service, we aim to fulfill your orders as soon as possible. Therefore, we are unfortunately not able to change or cancel your order after it has been placed. However, you are always welcome to return your order in accordance with our return policy.

What is your Return Policy?

Please check our Return Policy in English or Dutch.

How do I return an item?

You will receive a pre-paid shipping label, following the instructions below. The cost of shipping and restocking the item will be deducted from your refund in the amount of €5 EUR.

Start your return fast and easily!
1. Start by logging into your account and entering the verification code that will be sent to the email address you used for this order.

2. In your account, select ''request return'' --> Select your reason for return--> Click on the big ''Request return'' button.

3.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. You return the item at your own risk; ideally, it should be in the original packing, but if not, it should be in another hard decently packed box.

5. Print the label, put it on the box and bring your package to your nearest PostNL-point. 

6. Please keep your received Track&Trace-code, we are not able to refund lost packages without a Track&Trace-code.

Please also check your junk or spam folder if you are missing notification emails for your refund.

I received the wrong item

Sorry for the inconvenience, this was really not meant to happen.

Follow the same steps as if you normally retrun an item, select "Wrong item'' as reason for your return and of course your return will be free of charge.

Please place your order again and we will make sure this will not happen again!
