Why isn't it possible to order without an account?
By providing the appropriate information, an account helps us in giving you the finest service and making ordering easier for you.
This makes it simple for you to request a return and review your order history.
How do I create an account?
You have two choices for creating an account.
Fitst option
- Click on the person-symbol in the right upper corner of the screen.
- A verification inlog code will be sent to your email once you simply enter your email address.
(Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received the verification code.)
- Your account is created automatically.
- Enter your personal information after you are in your account.
You will use the same email address but a separate verification code each time you want log in to your account.
If you use a different email address, you will create an new account.
Second option
If you checkout, an account will be created similarly to step 1 in this case.
Why do I need a verification code to log in to my account?
We understand that if you are used to logging in with an email address and password, this new manner of doing so might be a little confusing.
Registering an account by entering a verification code is a new, more secure method that you will likely see more of in the future.
I don't see my orderhistory?
Please double-check the email address you entered when placing your order. The account you created using the email address at that time is the one that has your order information.
If your order is missing, you likely created a new account with a different email address and haven't yet placed any orders there.

Click on the menu icon.
On the bottom of the menu drawer you find "Account log in".
